RATE POLICY
1. All rates are for standard display units
2. Rates are based on total number of units that run within one twelve-month
contract period.
3. Each fractional ad counts as one unit. Example: two 1/4 page ads
on the same page do not count as a single 1/2 page unit.
4. Multiple page ads count as a single unit for each page. Example:
a single ad which runs across the bottom half of a two-page spread
counts as two 1/2 page units and not a one (full) page unit.
